Slim octavo, pictorial card wrappers with wraparound movie artwork; this is the correct (fourteenth) printing used for this promotion which includes a printed notepaper 'handwritten' by Domino to James Bond (although addressed 'Darling'), mentioning Player's cigarettes and asking Bond to read pages 152–5 of the accompanying book (which is the section discussing the Player's brand). One leaf, measuring 227 × 149 mm, folded twice (to be tucked inside the paperback). The letter is in fine condition, book is near fine with a couple of minor rubs to joints.
