Publisher's black cloth-effect paper over boards, titled in silver, in 'flame' design dust-wrapper by Kenneth Lewis priced at 10/6 to both front and rear flaps. An honest copy which is not washed, re-coloured or restored in any way. Neat owner name beneath flap else a clean book. Jacket is moderately used showing the habitual fading of the spine colours (the usual condition issue inherent with this title), soft horizontal fold 1cm from foot, old dry label fallen away. The bibliography states 'the panels are prone to browning'. Housed in a bespoke black cloth clamshell to a uniform design by Gilbert. Item #60291
