UK: no place 1999. [Film promotion] Original UK quad poster for the 1999 MGM/United International Pictures film starring Pierce Brosnan as Ian Fleming's James Bond, produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli's EON Productions. Double sided, approximate dimensions 40x30 inches, landscape format. Date of release; November 1999. Artwork by Brian Bysouth. Never folded, never displayed. Minor handling only with very light edgewear; fine condition (Poster Grade 'A'). Will be despatched rolled, in a substantial card tube. Note on Format; the 'quad' is a vertical view UK movie poster measuring approx. 30 x 40 inches, generally issued folded with one vertical and three horizontal creases. The standard (and most collectible) format for film posters in Britain, being the equivalent of the US 'one-sheet'. In the early 1990's some studios began issuing posters that were printed on both sides (reverse image on verso). This process makes the poster stand out more in a cinema light box display.
